2. Members must not engage in any of the following acts in relation to the use of the ‘Service’.

Article 32 (Compensation for Damages) The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the member in connection with the use of the Service unless the Company is clearly at fault.


Article 28 (Disclaimer) 1. If the ‘Company’ is unable to provide the ‘Service’ due to a natural disaster or other force majeure, the ‘Company’ is exempt from liability for providing the ‘Service’.

2. The ‘Company’ is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the ‘Service’ due to reasons attributable to members.

3. The 'Company' is not responsible for the member's loss of expected profits by using the 'Service', and is not responsible for any damage caused by data obtained through the 'Service'.

4. The 'Company' is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by members.

5. Users are legally responsible for the content of emails sent by members.

6. The 'Company' is exempt from liability in cases where transactions are made between members or between members and a third party through the 'Service'.

7. The ‘Company’ is not responsible for the use of ‘Services’ provided free of charge, unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.


Article 29 (Attribution of copyright and restrictions on use) 1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the ‘Company’ belong to the ‘Company’.

2. Article 31 (Governing law and competent court) 1. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the interpretation of these terms and conditions and to disputes between the ‘Company’ and members.

2. Lawsuits between members and the ‘Company’ that arise while using the ‘Service’ will be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
