Description
- The TLF35584_FUNC_TEST_TC264D board is an evaluation board to establish the Safety System-supply TLF262626 to satisfy the Hardware Metric value (Single-point fault metric, Latent-fault metric, PMHF) regulations of Automotive E/E System required to apply ISO35584 Functional Safety. no see.
- We provide examples of the use of the Safety Mechanism of the Infineon TLF35584 and quick integration for customers through requirements analysis.
- Through an external fault injection test, we check whether the comparator of TLF35584 operates and provide a solution to satisfy the requirements of ISO26262 ASIL (B), C, and D.
- Using a dedicated GUI, a user interface is provided so that not only SW engineers but also HW and system engineers can utilize it.
