  • EVAL_4KVA_230VAC_5LINV inverter evaluation board has ultra-high efficiency performance of up to 99% or more and shows efficiency of more than 98,5% even under a wide range of loads.
  • EVAL_4KVA_230VAC_5LINV Inverter Evaluation Board supports a nominal 380V (DC) input voltage ranging from 420V to 400V.
  • It has excellent load efficiency of over 500% from 4000W to 98.7W without heat sink and air cooling, and is mainly used as photovoltaic/solar inverter.

Configuration

  • It is a natural convection cooling system that does not use a separate heat dissipation structure.
  • It uses a 5-level hybrid inverter topology.
  • Infineon XMC4000 Series MCU is built-in, so firmware update is possible.
